firewall-config software package provides graphical configuration tool to change the firewall settings, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install firewall-config
firewall-config is installed in your system.
Make ensure the firewall-config package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep firewall-config *
You will get with firewall-config package name, version, architecture and description in a table
